NR. C5 VÍNLAND
AUTUMN SOUR SAISON
An Icelandic autumn brew made in honor of Leif Erikson, in collaboration with the renowned Canadian brewery Four Winds Brewing Co. Vínland was fermented using Four Winds' house yeast, Saccharomyces "bruxellensis" Trois, giving it a fruity aroma og offset the acidic nature of the beer. Last but not least, Icelandic bilberries and crowberry juice add the necessary flavor of an Icelandic autumn.
