NR. 15 SURTUR
This time around, Surtur is under Belgian influence. We used three types of yeast, malt and dark chocolate to draw out the beast in Surtur, so don’t get fooled by the fruity aroma.
Surtur is named after Surtr (Old norse "black" or "the swarthy one”) a devil giant in Norse mythology foretold as being a major figure during the events of Ragnarök.
